Claymount Europe and Wolverson X-Ray Ltd have decided to enter into a long term distribution agreement for the United Kingdom and Ireland X-Ray market.

The Claymount Technologies Group BV, a group of companies engaged in the business of design & manufacturing of X-ray equipment components & subsystems and Wolverson X-Ray Ltd a UK based Distribution & Service company, have decided to join forces. The parties have come to an agreement on an exclusive Distribution contract, concerning the supply & servicing of the Claymount product portfolio to the United Kingdom and Ireland market. All operational and logistical activities with Claymounts present customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland will be transferred to Wolverson by February 1st , 2013. All customer requirements and demand in the United Kingdom and Ireland, will be serviced by Wolverson starting that date.
