CASCO Pet appoints a new Country Manager for the French market.

Christophe Quiri has been with CASCO Pet for more than 3 years as Installation and Customer Service Manager in France, he has more than 10 years experience in the pet industry and he has acquired an in-depth technical knowledge of the products during this time. With his rich experience and working with customers, Christophe is fully aware of the challenges, their needs, and the performance of each store. He will be working with our customer to build a strong customer relationship and his aim is to offer customised products to ensure full functionality and satisfaction. He works continuously to train personnel and to keep pet retailers abreast of new trends and innovations in the sector. Christophe is constantly looking to innovate for the improvement in the use and maintenance of equipment for the welfare of animals. He is passionate about aquariums and reptiles and has made his hobby also his job. His appointment as new French Country Manager will bring a new enthusiasm and impetus to the pet sector. Christophe will primarily focus on sales and customer satisfaction. 2018-2019 will be an extremely important and exciting year for CASCO Pet as we are focusing on developing our presence in France and other European markets. Commenting on his appointment, Christophe said: "I am delighted with this new role in such an important moment for the pet market in France. I will focus on working even closer to our existing customers, continuing to support them with our integrated solutions and dedicated product development, building and consolidating our relationships, but I will also invest my time in developing the independent pet shops to provide them with the opportunity to innovate and increase their business performance.
