A complete turnkey project for a leading Pigment manufacturing company. Following a serious flood the brief was to design and install five laboratory areas on a rolling programme to make sure the manufacturing facility was not compromised. This project consisted of; Initial Client Feasibility Study and budget estimates for insurance purposes. Project Management. Supply and installation of Fresh Air and Air Conditioning Systems. Installation of suspended ceiling and lighting. Installation of ceramic tiled flooring Installation of fume cupboards, nederman and extraction system. Installation of partitions to create individual laboratory areas. Manufacture and installation of laboratory furniture. Installation of all mechanical & electrical services. Tap and joint existing walls which were damaged in the flood.
