20.11.2015 Continuing from the topic “Listening to our Clients” Provet Cloud Team interviewed Eesti Maaülikooli employees before, at the start and 2 months after the introduction of Provet Cloud Veterinary Practice Management Solution and made a video out of those interviews for fellow veterinarians to see and hear what kind of changes implementing companywide Practice Management Solution brings along. Taking a new Practice Management Solution into use requires planning, control and commitment from the whole team. First, current state is analyzed – paper archive or computerized system, does not matter. This is also great possibility to actually review if all what your veterinary practice is doing adds value to your clients and optimize the processes accordingly.
