You simply enter the days a client needs to be seen, and which vets they want to see and hey presto, we give you all the available appointments,. Graphs A picture speaks a thousand words. It’s a cliche but when you’re dealing with values changing over time, especially when they’re buried within a history, it’s very true. That’s where our graph function comes in, whether its blood pressure or heart rate you can easily see patterns over the lifetime of the animal. It also comes in handy when having those awkward weight conversations. That graphical representation of the weight creeping up, or staying stubbornly static despite the owners ‘best efforts’ provides another tool in the armoury. Automatic texts and emails reminders Owner no shows not only eat into your profitability but are also incredibly frustrating. With automated email and text booking booking confirmations (when the client books the appointment) and reminders (before the appointment) you can cut down on owners not turning up. With Provet we include a generous SMS allowance in our package! Feedback We all like good feedback! It’s so easy to focus on the one difficult client rather than the ten who were genuinely grateful. Included at the end of the post consult email is the option for clients to give both quantitive and qualitative feedback. Equally, we consult alone which can make it hard to know how clients are perceiving our work. Sudden changes in feedback quality can be a useful indicator that a member of staff might be facing professional or personal problems. More gradual deteriorations in feedback can also indicate staff dissatisfaction.
