Endothelin-3 ELISA Kit
Endothelin-3 (ET-3, EDN3) is a member of the endothelin family of proteins and in humans is encoded by the EDN3 gene. It is predominately produced in the gut, where the greatest levels are expressed in the caecum. There is evidence to indicate that the brain tissue displays an abundance of it, in the brain the main function involves the regulation of neuronal proliferation and development.
